When purchased from Long in 2015 I would not have rated this 5 stars. Agent at that time said she would NEVER do another VA loan sale again, she had to work harder!!! We visited my primary unit then Nancy spent 3-4 hours driving me to distinct neighborhoods to see an additional 7-8 townhomes to make sure I was familiar with all options available. Later my wife and I decided that a purchase right now was not going to work for us. Nancy again stepped up and provided great services, talking to listing agent and sellers to enabled a good outcome for all involved. Professional, friendly, and thorough!

Nancy introduced me to a loan team that coached me on how to get my credit score up. Once I was ready to start looking Nancy was prompt to drive to the end of the earth and back with me, quite literally sometimes. In a challenging market where let downs can often happen the whole team spoke words of encouragement. Nancy went above and beyond and put her special touch in the closing process but I don't want to ruin any surprises for anyone else.
